Compare to last year counselling process today's Transfer counselling completed smoothly .....
Its glad this year that, majority of participated drs looking more satisfied with the transfer process under d personal supervision of Ayush Director .
Inbetween the councelling, Our Director whole heartedly appreciates one of our kolar district Dr.Geetha for his ( hard working -patience - desiplene) nature regarding her hospital duty.
Few MOs felt inconvenience in waiting for long hours @ corridor outside meeting hall....
So Next year, we planned to request for better facility in upper new floors of Directorate in transfer counselling for waiting, updated status of posts & places to select on a monitor outside the hall etc.... including room for KGAMOA association office.
With president Dr.Rajushet , me & organising sec Dr.Chandrakanth also accompanied our all the District Executive friends who attended counselling, after the discussion with DD ayurveda & few other concerned officers in directorate about our Spl Allowances, time bound & other longstanding issues .
